Recently our ward split and we were put into a brand new ward. It has been a wonderful experience to watch as the leaders have created this new ward. We are so excited to be a part of it. I was called as the Personal Progress Leader in YW and I am so excited and terrified. My first Sunday in YW I listened to a wonderful lesson about creating. We learned about how we can create the environment around us and learn to accept the things we can't control and change the things we can control. Every day we have the chance to create something that did not exist before. The teacher in YW shared this video and I was so inspired by it, I wanted to share it with you.



I have been going through a difficult time the past year and half or so and I'm trying to learn how to accept the things I cannot control but choose how I react and the attitude I have despite my circumstances. It is difficult. But this video inspired me. It's things like this that open a person's soul and by that we are risen above the afflictions we face in life.
